Essentials for the 50s homemaker. . .

Fun Fact:

"The average homemaker in the 1950s spent over three hours a day
preparing meals, cooking and feeding her family.
New products were introduced in the 50s
that were designed to make life easier
for the average homemaker.

These products included

Saran Wrap,
microwave ovens,
nonstick pans,
Kraft Foods' pre-sliced cheese,
the Sunbeam Mixmaster,
and Mrs. Paul's frozen fish sticks."

What?  Melmac's not on the list??
