What, oh what, should I bring to flea.o.logy?

Should I bring my huge hay rake wheel?

My burlap potato sacks with the amazing graphics?

Lots of "smalls" that people can use to make their own creations?

Lace? Ribbon? Twine? Fabric? Patterns? Spools? Buttons?

Windows? Doors? Architectural elements? Rusty stuff?

The bright yellow, drop leaf, formica top table?

So much to choose from.

What, oh what, should I bring to flea.o.logy?

(and especially vintage travel trailers)

are some of the friendliest people on earth. . .

it also appears that the smaller the RV,

the friendlier the owner."

Treasures dealers who are also flea.o.logists!

At flea.o.logy we get our dealers from all over.  We meet them at antique shows, at estate sales, when they come to flea.o.logy, and while we are junking.  Some we get through word-of-mouth.  Many of them are dealers at Treasures Antique Mall in Springville, where Paula, Bruce and Rosemarie, three of the original flea market dealers, work.

In this post I'd like to introduce you to the flea.o.logy dealers who also sell at Treasures. . .

Paula, south & north malls, dealer 170

Bruce, north mall, dealer 700

Rosemarie, north & south malls, dealer 1400

Chuck, north & south malls, dealer 1940

Jenn, north mall, dealer 3

I'll present the rest of the Treasures dealers in another post. . .

Is it soda. . . or is it pop?

"It isn't medicinal,

won't cure anything. . .

isn't intoxicating or habit forming -

it's just

fruity,

snappy,

So happy to be back!

I've always loved black-eyed Susans, even as a child.

They just seem  h *a * p * p * y  to me.

Found these while junking last week

with fun friends Jenn & Marci.

Ooh, we had fun!

And oooooh, I'm so happy to be back on my blog!

I thought I had a google problem.

Well, it was a bit of one. . .

They wouldn't let me log in.

But then it turned into an

old brain problem.

Turns out I thought my email address had 2 numbers in it.

But it really had 3.

Turns out I could have been

blogging every day after all.

If it weren't for my

old brain.

Oops.

See you tomorrow!

Vain & Vintage

I have a new favorite store.

Only problem is. . . its 162 miles away.

Not bad if you have the time and the gas money.
Totally worth the trip, too.
A wee bit far if your day is busy, though.

My DH and I took a little junking trip to Idaho last week and Pocatello was our ultimate destination. . . because I had read about this store on a blog.  Fell in love with it through the pictures shown on the blog.  It was "my kind of store" and I knew I would love it.  I was not disapointed.

Just one reason I love it. . . she displays her "smalls" in enamel pans and metal milk crates.  Like I do.  And she sells smalls, like I do.  Gotta love a shop owner who has great taste, like I do ( * wink * )

Vain & Vintage is located at 318 E. Center in Pocatello, Idaho.  Laura Hamilton is the lovely and friendly owner of the shop.  She's put together a a charming and interesting collection of vintage, retro, and antique goodies that will leave you wishing you had more money in your pocket.

I came home with an amazing metal screen that I'm going to use for display in my booth at Treasures Antique Mall, some vintage flash cards, and a few bits and bobs to use in my junk jewelry.  I wanted to bring home the organizer shown above, along with a set of red suitcases,

                   and ________

                                      and ________

                                                         and _______,

                                                                               etc. etc.

I totally left the store wishing I had more in my budget. . .

Next time you're in Idaho, check out Vain & Vintage.

Next time you have a free day, check out Vain & Vintage.

Next time you need to clear your head and take a road trip. . . well, you know.

You'll love it.

      I promise. . . .
